Another grain-stealing ship was spotted in the port of Feodosia


The Russian bulk carrier SMP Severodvinsk (IMO: 9376440) entered the port of temporarily occupied Feodosia.

On May 18, the dry cargo ship “SMP Severodvinsk” entered the captured port in Feodosia. This was  reported by Kateryna Yaresko, a journalist of the SeaKrime project “Peacemaker Center”.

The ship was loaded with stolen Ukrainian grain. The dry cargo crew tried to hide their involvement in criminal activity by covering the name of the vessel with a cloth.

Reference: “SMP Severodvinsk” dry cargo is 118 meters long and 13 meters wide. The deadweight of the ship is 6585 tons, the draft is 5.9 meters. The dry cargo was built in 2007. The owner of the ship is the Russian Northern Shipping Co, located in Arkhangelsk.
