Nibulon cannot “reserve” all required workers due to imperfect regulations

Agroholding “Nibulon” cannot retain all the required employees due to the imperfection of the current reservation format.

“Nibulon” urged to change the booking format, because the 50% option no longer works. Mykhailo Rizak, director of interaction with authorities of Nibulon, told LIGA.net  about this.

Currently, the “percentage” approach is in effect, when enterprises that are critical to the economy can reserve 50% of employees.

But four booking cycles have meant that Nibulon is no longer physically able to book and retain all the workers it needs. Some people were mobilized, so the share of key employees exceeded the 50% stipulated by the Cabinet resolution.

“I can say that the exponential dependence led to the fact that 1,350 workers supporting the production cycle at the beginning of the war accounted for 37%, in 2023 it was already 48%, and currently 77% of conscripts,” commented Mykhailo Rizak.

Therefore, the agricultural holding proposes to switch to an approach with the reservation of all workers needed to maintain the production cycle, starting with an engineer and ending with a truck driver.

Earlier, USM reported that UGA is asking the government to approve “economic reservation”.

The Association emphasized that the work of agro-industrial enterprises is impossible without the availability of qualified personnel with a narrow specialty.
