Zelenskyy: Ukraine is working on a maritime strategy, which will soon be approved by the NSDC

Ukraine is working on the Ukrainian maritime strategy. It will soon be approved by the National Security and Defense Council.

The items of the Ukrainian maritime strategy are currently being finalized. The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, stated this in his address.

“We clearly understand that the war has changed the balance of power in our entire Black Sea region, and the Russian fleet will never dominate this water area again,” Zelenskyy added.

According to him, Ukraine is consolidating its interests, taking into account new technological opportunities and new relations with partners. Ukraine will always be a state capable of protecting its own and partner interests at sea, as well as transport routes.
