Nibulon and Nika-Tera are interested in the Bilhorod-Dnister port
Ukrainian companies Nibulon and Nika-Tera are interested in the privatization of the Bilhorod-Dnister port.
Oksana Kiktenko, director of the Belgorod-Dniester port, said this in a comment to LIGA.
According to her, Dmytro Firtash’s SME Nika-Ter LLC, Andriy Vadaturskyi’s Nibulon and Vadym Yermolayev’s Potoky are interested in port privatization.
In particular, many specialists of “Nibulon” who were interested in the company’s capacities came to the port. Delegations of the Nika-Tera company also visited the port.
The “Potoky” plant, whose representatives drew attention to the port, specializes in the processing of oil crops and is based in the Dnipro. The NSDC imposed 10-year sanctions on the plant’s owner, Vadym Ermolayev. Yermolaev was associated with companies that worked in the temporarily occupied Crimea and Berdyansk.
Oksana Kiktenko explained that in the case of the purchase of the asset by agricultural holdings, the port needs infrastructure for grain/oil storage, as well as dredging of the approach channel, preferably up to 19 m. Today, the largest parameters of berths and the channel are limited to a depth of 6.5 m.
However, small shipments of meal and durum wheat can be transported from the port. For this, it is enough to have ships with a load of up to 10,000 tons.
We will remind you that the State Property Fund is once again planning to sell the Bilhorod-Dnister port. The new value of the lot is almost UAH 89 million. Offers are accepted until September 15, and the auction itself will take place on the 16th.
