Bureau of Economic Security exposed the director who wanted to create a shell company for exports from the ports of Odesa region

Detectives of the Bureau of Economic Security exposed the director of one of the enterprises, who was planning to create a shell company.

The suspect entered and submitted knowingly false information in the documents for the state registration of a legal entity, the Bureau of Economic Security reported.

In the future, the details of the enterprise were planned to be used for the export of unaccounted for agricultural products through the ports of Odesa region.

Based on the results of the investigation, the director was informed of the suspicion of a criminal offense. The indictment was sent to the court.

Previously, USM reported that the exporter, who was previously detained by the Bureau of Economic Security, returned almost UAH 100 million to the budget. The investigation established that the financial director of the enterprise deliberately did not reflect the operations of obtaining soybeans, corn, wheat and barley in the enterprise’s income tax declaration. The exporter planned to send agricultural products to India through the ports of Odesa region
