Oleksandr Semirha became the new head of the USPA


Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Kuleba introduced the new head of the USPA – Oleksandr Semirha.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry for Communities and Terrotories Development. 

Among the main tasks for the new head are to ensure the stability and efficiency of the ports, develop infrastructure and implement modern approaches to management.

Also, one of the tasks is to ensure the transparency of the Administration’s work.

During the introduction of the new head, Oleksiy Kuleba emphasized that the effective work of the USPA is crucial not only for the economy, but also for the country’s national security. After all, seaports are one of the key elements of economic stability and development of Ukraine.

“We expect that the new leadership will focus on openness, the implementation of modern management standards and strengthening the team so that the work of the Administration is understandable to everyone,” Oleksiy Kuleba emphasized.

As previously reported by USM, in early December, Andriy Kashuba was appointed acting head of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority.
