ARMA announces selection of manager for Russian tanker

The National Agency for Tracing and Asset Management is looking for a manager for the arrested Russian tanker Volgoneft-268.
The corresponding announcement has already been published on the Prozorro platform, ARMA reported.
According to the report of an independent appraiser, in 2025 the asset was valued at almost 26.5 million hryvnias.
Volgoneft-268 is a tanker vessel that was usually used to transport oil products, chemicals or other bulk cargoes. According to the court ruling, the funds from its use were previously used by representatives of Russia to finance criminal actions against Ukraine.
Therefore, by the ruling of the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv, the vessel was arrested and transferred to ARMA for further management.
The deadline for submitting tender offers is 18:00 on May 2, 2025.
USM previously reported that ARMA calls for preventing the arrested vessels from leaving Ukrainian waters.
