The Ukrainian Navy called for clarification of the fate of the sailors from the Ukrainian boat that sank after being hit by a Russian missile

Relatives are still trying to find out the fate of four sailors from the landing craft “Stanislav”, which sank in the Black Sea as a result of being hit by a Russian missile.
This is stated on the Ukrainian Navy’s Facebook page.
It is noted that for 39 months now, relatives of the missing sailors have been appealing to society. Those who heroically fought for the liberation of Zmiiniy Island, the main bridgehead on the Black Sea, on May 7, 2022, need attention, the Navy noted.
During the battle, the boat sank due to being hit by an enemy missile. Part of the crew was rescued, but the fate of the four sailors is unknown. The Ukrainian Navy emphasized that these are Oleksandr Sukhorukov, Volodymyr Lyashko, Serhiy Tukmachev and Vladyslav Kostyuk.
“The hope of the relatives remains the enemy’s captivity. However, in order to take advantage of this opportunity to return the boys, the terrorist country must confirm all the prisoners. Publicity. Pressure. Influence of international organizations and partners. We must involve all tools so that our boys return to their families,” the Navy urged.
Earlier it became known that the participants in the assault on the Ukrainian Navy corvette Khmelnytskyi were informed of the suspicion.
