State Property Fund announced an auction for the privatization of an enterprise that produces spare parts for ships

The State Property Fund of Ukraine announced an auction for the privatization of LLC Motordetal-Konotop, which manufactures engine parts for various types of transport, including ships.

The state share of 100% of the authorized capital is proposed for privatization. It is noted that the object of privatization is a large enterprise that produces cylinder liners for various types of internal combustion engines.

The assortment includes more than 1,500 items of products for any automotive equipment, ships and diesel locomotives. The equipment used in the work is from Junker, Takisawa, Gildemeister, Gehring, Emco, Okuma, Nagel, etc.

“Cylinder liners of LLC “Motordetal-Konotop” are sold not only on the domestic market, but also exported to 35 countries around the world, as the company has been certified for compliance with international standards IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018,” the SPFU noted.

The starting price of the lot at the online auction is UAH 268 million. Submission of bids for the auction is until September 23.

Earlier it became known that the USPA will spend more than 500 million on the reconstruction of the berth in the port of Odesa.
