The High Anti-Corruption Court of has set a deadline for reviewing the case materials regarding the Odesa Port Plant

The criminal case concerns the claim of damages to the Odesa Port Plant in the amount of UAH 93 million.
The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court has set a deadline for the defense and the victim to familiarize themselves with the materials of the pre-trial investigation in the case of the Odesa Port Plant – until October 3. This was reported ted on the website of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
The investigating judge made the corresponding decision at the meeting on September 16, satisfying the request of the NABU detective in criminal proceedings No. 52016000000000380. After the expiration of the established deadline, the parties will be considered to have exercised their right of access to the materials.
In addition, the judge decided to appeal to the authorized bodies regarding the issue of disciplinary liability of a number of lawyers: Petro Honcharenko, Oleksandr Knyazyuk, Andriy Krykun-Trush, Dmytro Kruhovy, Volodymyr Polozhishnyk and Anna Yeremenko.
The decisions entered into force from the moment of announcement and are not subject to appeal. The full text of the documents will be announced on September 22 at 5:00 p.m. in the courtroom.
As we recall, the investigation suspects the former people’s deputy of organizing a scheme to sell Odesa Port Plant raw materials at undervalued prices, which caused losses to the company of UAH 93 million.
