The management of the Odesa branch of the State Enterprise “USPA” held a working meeting with representatives of the Klaipeda port administration (Lithuania).

The meeting was held within the framework of the international exhibition Baltexpo 2025 in Poland, the Odesa Sea Port Administration reports.

“During the meeting, they discussed the work of the Odesa port under martial law, in particular the functioning of the grain corridor, as well as the challenges associated with constant shelling of the port infrastructure. The parties emphasized the importance of international support, partnership and exchange of experience,” the report says.

In particular, a visit of the director of the Klaipeda port to the Odesa port is planned for early 2026 to familiarize themselves with the work of the enterprise, its needs and investment opportunities.

The USPA emphasized that during this visit it is planned to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at strengthening partnership and exchanging experience for the development of port infrastructure at the international level.

USM previously reported that the USPA is launching strategic cooperation with the ports of the Baltic Sea.
