A renter is being sought for warehouse space in the Reni Port

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for auction the warehouse premises of the Reni Sea Port – they are offering a lease for five years with the possibility of free use of the facility.

We are talking about an indoor cargo warehouse No. 6 with an area of ​​over 8 thousand square meters, located in the city of Reni.

The auction will be held on November 12, and you can submit proposals for participation until November 11. The starting rent is almost 200 thousand hryvnias per month, the lease agreement will be concluded for five years.

The building is on the balance sheet of the state enterprise “Reni Sea Commercial Port”. The current tenant — LLC “Agro-Reni” — has a preferential right to extend the contract, which has been in effect since 2015.

As the landlords noted, the future tenant will be able to use the premises at their own discretion, which opens up additional opportunities for business and the development of port infrastructure.
