The port of Chornomorsk has started selling transshipment services through Prozorro

The Black Sea Port has announced an online auction for the transshipment of mineral fertilizers in the Prozorro system for the first time.
The auction will be held according to the English type for price increases, the Prozorro.Sale press service reported.
The auction is scheduled for March 25, 2026. The starting transshipment cost is UAH 197/t, and the total cargo volume is 50 thousand tons. The term for providing services is until September 30, 2026.
“Anyone interested can participate in the auction. To do this, you must register on one of the accredited Prozorro.Sale sites and submit your price offer,” the message says.
It should be noted that the Black Sea Port has been holding auctions through Prozorro.Sale since 2020. In particular, among the lots sold are vessels, scrap metal, and used lubricants. Now the company has experimentally begun the implementation of individual port services through open auctions.
As a reminder, a ship was damaged as a result of a Russian attack on port infrastructure on the night of March 3. At the time of the attack, the vessel was leaving the port of Chornomorsk with a cargo of Ukrainian corn.
