Kernel paid UAH 5.7 billion in taxes to the budget last year

According to the results of 2025, the Kernel agricultural holding paid UAH 5.7 billion in taxes and fees to budgets of all levels.
Despite difficult export conditions and military challenges, Kernel is one of the largest taxpayers in the agricultural sector of Ukraine, the company said in a press release.
Of the UAH 5.7 billion in taxes and fees, almost UAH 2.4 billion went to local budgets, about UAH 2.1 billion to the state budget, and UAH 1.2 billion was a single social contribution.
The company’s financial director, Serhiy Volkov, emphasized that even with a decrease in margins, the company continues to provide significant revenues to the budget.
“The agricultural sector operates under constant pressure from military risks – shelling of port infrastructure and assets. However, it is important for Kernel to maintain stability in payments,” Serhiy Volkov noted.
In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Kernel has already paid over UAH 19.5 billion in taxes and fees to the budgets of Ukraine. The total losses of the company’s enterprises from the Russian military aggression over the past year are estimated at almost UAH 135 million.
