AMCU allows AD Ports to acquire German MBS Logistics for €70 million

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has allowed AD Ports Group to acquire the German logistics company MBS Logistics.
This was reported by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU).
The deal will be implemented through the German Noatum Logistics Germany, which is part of the logistics business of AD Ports Group.
AD Ports agreed to acquire MBS Logistics back in May 2026. The value of the company under the deal was estimated at €70 million. Thus, AD Ports Group will receive 100% of the core business of MBS Logistics, excluding joint ventures.
MBS Logistics specializes in sea, air, road and rail freight transportation, contract and project logistics. The company has 26 offices and more than 450 employees. In 2025, its revenue was about €205 million.
After the deal is completed, MBS Logistics will become part of Noatum Logistics, the global logistics platform of AD Ports Group. The acquisition is planned to be completed in the second half of 2026 after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.
Separately, the AMCU allowed the parties to implement the non-compete clause stipulated in the agreement for a period of four years.
As a reminder, in April 2026 it became known that AD Ports plans to gain a foothold in the Black Sea through a partnership with Constanta.
