The Cabinet of Ministers appointed a former USPA employee as Deputy Minister of Infrastructure

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appointed a new Deputy Minister for Reconstruction, Infrastructure and Transport of Ukraine.
The government adopted the relevant order No. 886-r on September 7, 2026.
The document provides for the appointment of Volodymyr Shemayev to the position of Deputy Minister.
Volodymyr Shemayev works as the Director of the International Projects Office of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia. Previously, he headed the strategic planning and development department at SE USPU and worked in senior investment positions in the Odessa Regional Administration.
Earlier, USM reported that the Cabinet of Ministers extended the payment terms for exporters of agricultural products.
