Kernel may issue corporate bonds for $50 million

Kernel-Trade, part of the Kernel agroholding, may issue corporate bonds for $50 million.

This information was provided to the publication by two interlocutors among investment market participants who are familiar with the company’s plans but are not authorized to give official comments.
According to sources, Kernel-Trade LLC — the key operating company of the Kernel agroholding, which specializes in the production of oil, as well as the export of grain and oilseeds — is preparing a public issue of corporate bonds denominated in foreign currency for $50 million.
Forbes Ukraine contacted the Kernel agroholding press service for comment. They confirmed that they are considering such a scenario, but there is no final decision yet.
Earlier, USM reported that Kernel refused dividends for 2026 due to the blockade of the Black Sea.
