The port of Chornomorsk approved a program to support employees

The Odesa Regional Employment Center has agreed to grant state support to the State Enterprise “MTP “Chornomorsk” “Tochka Opory”.
This was reported by the State Enterprise “MTP “Chornomorsk”.
The purpose of the program is to help enterprises that have suffered from Russian aggression after January 1, 2026, not to lose their teams.
“The state assumes part of the costs of salaries and a single social contribution during the suspension of employment contracts. Thus, the team is preserved, and the enterprise receives time and strength to recover,” the message says.
The program was introduced by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 1, 2026 No. 449. It entered into force on April 8 and is valid for the period of martial law.
Since October 31, the Cabinet of Ministers’ Resolution No. 1340 of October 28, 2026 came into force, and the support has become more tangible: the assistance has increased to three minimum salaries, and the social security contribution is paid additionally.
Director of the State Enterprise “ICC “Chornomorsk” Vyacheslav Bezruk noted that it is the collective that will become the basis for the restoration of the enterprise.
