The Cabinet of Ministers reappointed the leadership of Ukrzaliznytsia by the end of the year
The Cabinet of Ministers reappointed the leadership of Ukrzaliznytsia and terminated the powers of two members of the UZ board.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution, which reappointed the management of Ukrzaliznytsia JSC for a period until December 31st, 2021. At the same time, according to the document, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine terminated the powers of two members of the company’s Board, namely Frantisek Bures and Ivan Yurik. This was reported by the press service of the UZ.
Until the end of 2021, Olexandr Kamyshin, who previously served as the Head of the company, was appointed the Head of the company’s Board. Hryhorii Boyko and Evhen Lyashchenko were appointed as members of the Board. In addition, the government approved Orest Logunov, Olexandr Pertsovsky and Roman Chernitsky as members of the Board of Ukrzaliznytsia JSC.
Such a composition of the management of Ukrzaliznytsia was appointed temporarily, for the period until the general meeting of shareholders makes decisions on the formation of the Board of the mentioned company.
