State Hydrography was reformed: what has changed

A new organizational structure was put into operation in the State Hydrography – the lighthouse-boyage department.

The new structure includes the department of navigation support and the department of operation of watercraft. They also created a quality management system support group and a scientific and technological development group.

The position of chief engineer was transformed to the level of Deputy Head of the State Hydrography in the profile direction. In addition, the management team was optimized and the position of the First Deputy Head was eliminated.

They also reorganized the Department of Administrative Support in the Department of Administrative Work and Information Technology – this is necessary to speed up the issues of digitalization of the institution.
