Saudi Arabia supplies twice as much oil to the EU countries

In September, Saudi Arabia doubled its supply to European countries that are abandoning russian oil.

In September last year, Saudi Aramco supplied Europe with 490,000 barrels per day of oil, and in September of this year – 950,000 b/d, Enkorr writes.

According to the Minister of Energy of Saudi Arabia, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, the country will continue to do what it has been doing – supply oil to whoever wants to buy it.

Currently, Saudi Arabia is trying to ease the situation with oil supplies and is negotiating with several countries, including Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Croatia. It was these countries that resolved the issue of eliminating “bottlenecks” in oil delivery logistics.

We would like to remind you that the sixth package of EU sanctions (adopted on June 3) prohibits the sea import of russian oil from December 5, 2022, and from February 5, 2023 – the import of petroleum products from russian federation. In turn, russia is trying to qiucly build up its tanker fleet before the oil embargo.
