Kazakhstan will export uranium bypassing russian ports
Kazatomprom State Corporation, the largest uranium mining company in the world, plans to make more active use of the Trans-Caspian international transport route.
Kazakhstan will export uranium through the Caspian Sea, then through the territory of Azerbaijan and Georgia, and then by sea vessels to buyers, reports the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.
“Kazatomprom” will export 3.5 thousand tons of uranium (a sixth of its annual production) along the new route bypassing Russian ports.
Kazakhstan will also export oil bypassing russia. Recently, energy companies started working together with the government of Kazakhstan to find new ways to export Kazakh oil bypassing russian federation. US Ambassador to Kazakhstan Daniel Rosenblum told about it.
