Ukraine and Moldova will build a road bridge across the Dniester


The construction of the road bridge across the Dniester was agreed upon by the middle of 2023.

On December 6, the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmygal met with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova Natalia Havrilice in Kyiv. The parties agreed on the construction of a road bridge across the Dniester on the common border by the middle of 2023, the Government portal reports.

The parties also discussed joint steps in the direction of European integration, countering russian aggression and information propaganda, cooperation in the field of energy, logistics, and trade and economic partnership.

In particular, Ukraine and Moldova will continue to remove administrative and procedural barriers for freer movement of people and goods between the countries.
