Nearly 100 vessels are awaiting inspection in the Bosphorus due to russian actions

At least 92 vessels are awaiting inspection by the Joint Coordination Center (JCC) in Istanbul, as a result of russian sabotage.

“In the Bosphorus, 92 vessels are awaiting inspection by the JCC. The queue continues to grow due to the artificial restriction of registration for the inspection by russian federation,” the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reported.

For example, on December 17, russian representatives registered only 3 vessels out of the 65 declared at the SCC.

Due to inspection delays, food exports from the ports of Great Odesa decreased by more than 20%. Sabotage by the russians leads to restrictions on the work of Ukrainian ports and an under-export of products of at least 3 million tons per month.

Exports were also affected by weather conditions: due to rain and fog, the loading of ships was temporarily limited.
