In 2022, “Izmail Sea Trade Port” handled almost 6 million tons of cargo.

“The year 2022 has become a year of trials and unity. Thanks to the professional approach to the case and the coordinated work of the team, we were able to process almost 6 million tons of cargo. These are the indicators of the “golden times” of our port, but this year the circumstances are radically different,” said company director Andriy Yerokhin.

According to him, in the conditions of martial law, the state stevedore not only increased the volume of work several times, performing the extremely important function of the sea gate of the state, but continued to pay on time and increase wages and taxes to the budgets of various levels, hired people who were forced to move to Izmail from other cities

In 2021, the state stevedore handled 3.868 million tons.
