Bloomberg: russian federation did not find a loophole that would allow bypassing the “ceiling of prices” for oil

Currently, russia cannot find options to circumvent the limit prices for petroleum products introduced by international partners.

“As far as I know, there is no accurate data or convincing evidence to support speculation that russia is allegedly evading sanctions by using coalition service providers and receiving payments above the ceiling,” Ben Harris, the US Treasury’s undersecretary for economic policy, emphasized.

As Bloomberg writes, according to him, there is no exact data on how much russia receives from each barrel of oil sold. At the same time, total russian government revenues from energy sales have decreased, production has remained relatively unchanged, as have global prices, despite the predictions of skeptics.

Last week, Goldman Sachs analysts warned clients that the real price of russian oil is much higher than the official price. In ports, russian oil is allegedly sold at officially lower prices than it is then sold to end consumers.
