A river port has opened in Kyiv

The Kyiv river port was put into operation. Before that, the building was restored.
The State Inspection of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine has issued a certificate of acceptance into operation of the restored historical building of the River Station in Kyiv. This was reported by the Ministry of Reconstruction of Ukraine.
Reference: Kyiv River Station is the main river port of Kyiv. The building is located on the right bank of the Dnieper in Podil — in the historical part of the city. The station has the status of a newly discovered architectural monument. Now the building is rented by the American University in Kyiv.
The station was closed for restoration in 2012. Until 2016, the building was in a state of disrepair. The capital repair of the station was started in January 2016.
