A second ferry started operating at the crossing Orlivka — Isaccea

On the ferry line Orlivka – Isaccea on the Danube, the second ferry started operating, thanks to which the line switched to a new schedule.

The second ferry on the line was launched jointly with the Romanian Navrom Bac SRL, the ferry’s noted press service.

“Starting from 12.07.2023, our ferry crossing will switch to a new schedule, namely, waste from each bank will be carried out every hour and a half, starting at 06:00/round the clock,” the ferry crossing administration reported.

Departures from Orlivka will take place at 00:00, 01:30, 03:00, 04:30, 06:00, 07:30, 10:30, 12:00, 13:30, 15:00, 16:30, 18: 00, 19:30, 21:00 and 22:30.

Previously, USM said that a river terminal had earned money near the Orlivka-Isaccea ferry crossing. As of the beginning of 2023, it processed about 60,000 tons of cargo.
