CSP Yuzhny will purchase two portal loaders for UAH 300 million

SE “Commercial Sea Port “Yuzhny” plans to purchase two portal loaders with a total cost of UAH 300 million (USD 11.41 million).

According to the tender at the Prozorro site, the cranes will be used to handle iron ore concentrate, pellets and coal.

In particular, the port plans to purchase:

• one full-revolving hydraulic gantry crane unit;
• one full-revolving hydraulic gantry loading crane with autonomous movement system included;

The vendor selection auction is scheduled for December 28th. The cranes must be delivered to the customer by January 1st, 2023.

As USM previously reported, Liebherr will supply two hydraulic forklifts to Yuzhny. The cost of both is UAH 66 million (USD 2.51 million).
