Denmark joined the Grain from Ukraine initiative

The Kingdom of Denmark joined the Ukrainian humanitarian initiative Grain from Ukraine.
“I am happy to announce that we are joining the Grain from Ukraine initiative,” Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said during a joint conference with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Odesa, Ukrinform reports.
Frederiksen also said that Denmark plans to invest in the restoration of Mykolaiv in the future.
“We want to create jobs, rebuild the economy together with Danish business. I think that many Danish companies have something to share, especially in the field of energy, environmental solutions, energy efficiency. I know that you are also interested in solutions that can support the recovery process of Ukraine, and can also help you on your way to the EU,” the Prime Minister said.
We will remind you that more than 30 countries and the EU have already announced their financial participation in the Grain from Ukraine humanitarian program. The total amount of announced оголошених внесків contributions is almost 190 million dollars.
