“For the first time during the war, we are implementing a large-scale strategic public-private partnership project. And even in such conditions, we see high interest from international and Ukrainian business. Among the companies participating in the competition are some of the largest port operators in the world. This is a clear signal that business is ready to invest in Ukraine when it sees clear rules, high-quality projects and a real partnership with the state,” emphasized Oleksiy Kuleba.
Currently, the competition is at the competitive dialogue stage. The project has the potential to become the largest investment in the history of Ukrainian ports and attract hundreds of millions of dollars in infrastructure development.Earlier, USM reported that at URC 2026 they presented a concession for a ferry terminal in the port of Chornomorsk.
