In Odesa, a grain exporter was exposed who did not pay UAH 4.2 million to the budget
Detectives of the Bureau of Economic Security in Odesa region exposed a grain exporter who did not pay income tax for nine months last year.
As the Bureau press service reported, the company purchased grain of unknown origin for cash, registered it on the company’s balance sheet and planned to export it to one of the European countries.
In total, the company avoided paying UAH 4.2 million in taxes, the detectives of the Bureau noted.

So far, the company’s chief accountant has been informed of the suspicion, and the company has compensated the state for the damages in full.
Previously, USM reported that a maritime enterprise in Ukraine evaded paying taxes for 8.6 million.
