As of the end of 2025, Ukraine’s total elevator capacity increased to 52.67 million tons of simultaneous grain storage.
At the same time, Ukraine’s elevator capacity remains below the pre-war level, writes Elevatorist.com.
In October 2024, this figure was 52.1 million tons. Thus, the increase in elevator capacity for the year amounted to about 0.5 million tons, reaching 52.67 million tons at the end of 2025.
“The growth was ensured by the commissioning of new elevators, the expansion of existing capacities and the implementation of investment projects concentrated mainly in the central and western regions of Ukraine,” the report says.
The top three regions in terms of grain storage capacity are:
• Poltava region — 5,575 thousand tons,
• Odesa region — 5,445 thousand tons,
