Naval-Park hopes to attract the largest marketplaces in the world to cooperation

Naval-Park is negotiating with the world’s largest e-commerce companies, hoping that they will locate their warehouses in Mykolaiv. We are talking about such potential partners as Alibaba, Amazon and AliExpress. Similar negotiations are underway with Ukrposhta and Novaya Pochta.

Maksym Lozovsky, Deputy Director of Naval-Park, told about this in an interview on NIS-TV.

– Just three years ago, representatives of Alibaba and Amazon were very active in “dealing with the Ukrainian issue,” as they call it. They held meetings with us, and not only with us, they chose a place to locate their sites. Freight traffic from China through Ukrposhta by air traffic for 10 years has grown by more than ten thousand percent. At the moment, Ukrposhta has ceased to cope and already now there is a request for a warehouse in Mykolaiv, they are considering our site, without waiting for the readiness of the entire infrastructure, – said Maksym Lozovsky.

He also said that Naval-Park could become an element of a large logistics project New Silk Road.

– The new Silk Road will pass through Ukraine. It remains only to compete for containers and cargo flow in order to land it in Mykolaiv, in our industrial park, – he said.

Naval Park is part of Vadim Novinsky’s Smart Holding and was created to implement an industrial park project on the territory of the former Black Sea Shipyard in Mykolaiv.
