New structure: The shipping register optimizes its own work

Five new departments are being created by SE “Classification Society Shipping Register of Ukraine”.
The new structure of the Shipping Register of Ukraine provides for regional administrations. In this way, they plan to optimize work processes and increase the efficiency of management activities.
The innovations will be introduced from August 16, 2023.
“This step is important given the current situation in the country and today’s requirements. The new structure creates proper conditions for more effective management and adequate response to the challenges of the times,” the press service added.
A total of five regional offices will be formed:
• North-Western Department (with offices in Kyiv, Cherkasy, Ternopil, Kamianets-Podilskyi and Chernihiv);
• Prydniprovsk (offices in Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia and Kremenchuk);
• Danube (with offices in Izmail and Kilia);
• Maritime Surveillance Office (offices in Odesa, Chornomorsk, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Mariupol, Sevastopol and Kerch);
• Office of Foreign Missions (with an office in Budapest).
The Shipping Register of Ukraine noted that special attention will be directed to accelerating the pace of European integration and establishing work in the conditions of martial law in the state.
