NIBULON announced the completion of warehouse digitalization

The system covered warehouses of agricultural production, transport service, elevators and other units.
NIBULON has completed the implementation of WMS – a digital warehouse process management system. It covers all divisions of the company, where centralized accounting of commodity and material values is maintained, the company’s press service reported.
The main operations with goods and materials are now digitized: the system allows you to track their movement and control the balances in real time. The company’s IT department has developed specialized software for its own needs, combining warehouse operations of agricultural production, transport service, elevators and other divisions into a single system.
The solution is based on address storage. Each unit of goods and materials is recorded not just in a specific warehouse, but in a specific cell. Thanks to this, inventory has become seven times faster, and searching for the necessary materials takes a matter of seconds.
Most operations are performed by storekeepers via a mobile application. In particular, goods and materials can be issued without returning to a stationary workplace – the system automatically creates movement documents. This speeds up the movement of materials from the warehouse to the end user.
A separate block is term management. WMS automatically determines the optimal shipment sequence according to the FIFO and FEFO principles, taking into account the date of receipt of the goods and the expiration date. This is especially important for plant protection products, seeds and fertilizers – stocks are used on time, without the need for write-offs.
The system also records all issues and stores a complete history of movement, which minimizes the impact of the human factor.
The implementation lasted about half a year. In March 2026, the system was tested at the warehouses of the freight transport service and the shipping company, where it performed basic operations – acceptance, placement and issuance of goods. The next stage was the expansion to elevator complexes, transshipment terminals and agricultural production units.
In parallel, the company automates other processes. In April, NIBULON launched a project to automate security systems at the grain elevator complex with biometric verification of employees and synchronization with the LineUp NIBULON electronic transport registration service.
Earlier, USM wrote that Nibulon led the top 2026 grain exporters in Ukraine.
