“Nibulon” builds a river demining boat

The Nibulon shipbuilding and repair plant is building a boat for the diving team for demining the water areas of inland waterways.
The “Nibulon” plant is the only operating shipbuilding and shiprepair plant in Ukraine with the technology, in particular, of industrial shipbuilding from marine aluminum.
This was announced by Mykhailo Rizak, director of cooperation with authorities and issues of sustainable development of “Nibulon”.
He said that the company, despite all the difficulties, resumed the industrial processing of aluminum for shipbuilding.
At its own expense, “Nibulon” began to build the first vessel of the DSNS 25 project, which will be used for demining international inland waterways.
“We hope for the support of donors and the state, which will allow us to manufacture 15 vessels for the needs of the State Emergency Service, because currently more than 16,000 km² of water are mined in Ukraine,” said Rizak.
