“Nibulon” completely lost at least three of its branches
Five elevators of the “Nibulon” company were damaged by the attack of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. Three of them are currently almost impossible to restore.
In particular, two elevators in the Kherson region were damaged as a result of the explosion of the Kakhovska HPP by the Russians, the “Holoprystanska” and “Kozatska” branches, said Valery Reutsoi, the director of operations of the “Nibulon” elevators, in an interview with Elevatorist.
The Kamianka-Dniprovska elevator in the Zaporizhzhia region and the Starobilsky elevator in the Luhansk region were also under occupation. Also, the “Svatov” branch has an elevator and an agricultural branch.
“As for the “Kozatska” and “Holoprystanska” branches, “Kozatska” was completely destroyed and is now completely flooded. The “Holoprystanska” branch is also completely flooded, I think that everything that was on this elevator was also destroyed. Further use of those containers and equipment will be impossible even if the water recedes,” Reutsoi noted.
He also noted that the company has a branch “Zelenodolsk” – it is located in the Dnipropetrovsk region, but in the first days of the war, it fell into a gray zone, and also suffered a lot.
“Even now, we cannot use it to the full, 85-90% of the storage containers there were damaged by shelling,” Reutsoi said.
