“Nibulon” received generators for grain storage and transshipment
One of the generators was delivered to the “Bessarabska” branch in the Odesa region, which is designed for transshipment of grain for water transport with a capacity of 300,000 tons per month.
Three powerful generators were handed over from the USAID Project, the press service of the «Нібулон». Nibulon company reported.
They were delivered to the company’s branches – Bessarabska (Odesa region), Vitove (Cherkassy region) and Skorokhodivska (Poltava region).
“It is these branches that do not have backup power systems, which creates additional risks against the background of the energy crisis caused by Russian shelling. AKSA generators with a capacity of 420 kW will fully ensure the operation of each branch in the event of a power outage, will allow drying of grain even in the absence of electricity, and will allow to continue the logistics processes of storing and shipping grain,” the message reads.
The volumes of simultaneous grain storage at the “Skorokhodivska” and “Vitove” branches are 75,600 and 76,000 tons, respectively.
The “Bessarab” branch is designed for transshipment of grain for water transport with a capacity of 300,000 tons per month.
At the same time, the company believes that together with solving the urgent energy problems due to the use of generators, it is necessary to establish the localization of wind generation production in Ukraine.
“Now the shipbuilding industry remains without orders, while it has significant potential in the construction of towers and frames of windmills. We consider wind generation to be a promising direction for ensuring energy security in Ukraine and for preserving and creating jobs,” the company said.
It will be recalled that at the end of April it became known that the Bessarabian branch of the agricultural holding “Nibulon” in Izmail has handled almost 3.1 million tons of grain since its opening.
