“Nibulon” switches to electronic documentation with suppliers

As of August 1, the “Nibulon” company switched to electronic document management in interaction with suppliers.

From now on, all documents that will arise in the process of fulfilling the contractual obligations of the parties will be created in the “Supplier’s Cabinet”. As noted in “Nibulon”, this is a special tool developed by the company’s IT department in cooperation with an external contractor.

Successful tests of the “Supplier’s Cabinet” allowed the first 10 contractors to pass accreditation. So far, the company has already invited almost 4,000 agricultural producers to work in the new format.

Also, the head of the procurement department, Yaroslava Zaikina, said that currently 1,800 suppliers are already registered in the system for the 2023/2024 marketing year.

“The work is ongoing. The company uses an individual approach, has developed detailed instructions, and in some cases remotely joins the workplaces of contractors to help suppliers navigate and ensure migration,” the post emphasizes.

According to Nibulon trade director Volodymyr Slavinskyi, the company continues to accumulate user experience and improve the software solution.

“We see that most agricultural producers are willing to switch to electronic document management as a more convenient and modern way of interaction. At the same time, I note that this is a voluntary choice of each counterparty. It can already be noted that up to 10% of them will continue to work in paper format,” said Volodymyr Slavinskyi.
