“Nibulon” will combine its own elevators into groups
The Nibulon company is changing the elevator network management model.
This year, 22 elevators will be combined into 6 groups. The purpose of the changes is to optimize the use of resources and create an effective management system, the “Nibulon” press service reported.
In particular, they plan to create the following groups:
• Mykolayivska (the largest group, which included the Transshipment Terminal, “Kolosivsky Elevator”, JSC “Vradiivskyi”, branches “Novoodeska” and “Voznesenska”),
• Kremenchutska (branches “Kremenchutska”, “Globynska”, “Hradizk”),
• Poltava (branches “Romodan”, “Reshetylivska”, “Skorokhodivska”, “Maryanivska”),
• Cherkassy (branches “Zolotoniska”, “Pereyaslavska”, “Vitove”),
• Zahidna (currently unites Teteriv, Smotrych, and Denihivska branches; later, Khmelnyk will join this group — after expansion of containers and installation of a dryer, planned for autumn 2024),
• Zaporizhzhia-Dnipro (“Ternivska”, “Khortytsia”, “Zelenodolska” branches).
The only branch that will continue to work independently is “Bessarabska”, because it is located at a great distance from all other groups of elevators and is focused on transshipment of grain, not on accumulation and finishing.
“As a result, we expect to increase the efficiency of the elevator operation due to optimization and automation, reduce the cost of services due to the rational use of resources, and increase wages for branch teams by 30-40%,” the company said.
As previously reported by USM, “Nibulon” offers to reduce railway tariffs for transportation to the Danube ports.
