Over 70 vessels and watercraft: UDS prepares large-scale property sale

PJSC “Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company” announced preparations for the possible alienation of a large part of its assets.

This is stated in an announcement on the website of PJSC “Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company”.

The shipping company has already begun the procedure for preparing for the alienation of part of its property in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers’ Resolution No. 1032 of September 22, 2023.

The largest part of the list of assets was the UDS fleet, in particular 18 river tugs, four self-propelled river vessels, five passenger fleet vessels, 18 non-self-propelled river fleet vessels, three vessels of the Kiliya Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant fleet, as well as 32 vessels of the shipping company’s service and auxiliary fleet.

Currently, it is unknown about the timing of the sale, the value of the assets, as well as the mechanism for the alienation of property. UDS is at the stage of preparing and evaluating assets.

• Real estate in Izmail is also included in the list for alienation. Among the objects:

• garage on Klushina Street, 10a — a building built in 1984 with an area of ​​104.2 sq. m;

• laundry building on Klushina Street, 5/3 — a production facility built in 1973 with a total area of ​​1,575.1 sq. m;

• building on Geroev Izmaila Street, 4 — a property built in 1961, the Dunajec Sports Complex with an area of ​​479.1 sq. m.

Recall that in December 2025, the Budapest court declared the agreement on the alienation of UDS property invalid. This concerns the building of the UDS General Agency in Hungary, located in the central part of Budapest.
