Port of Chornomorsk resumed shipment of fertilizers

On Tuesday, March 8th, the shipment of agro-fertilizers began from the warehouse of the State Enterprise “Commercial Seaport Chornomorsk “.

Fertilizers arrived in Ukraine earlier, by order of Ukrainian farmers.

According to the press service of the state stevedore, the processing of the vessel that delivered these fertilizers to Ukraine was completed on February 25th by workers of a specialized complex for processing sulfur. From that moment on, the fertilizers were stored in a warehouse, and it was not possible to ship it to customers due to military operations on the territory of Ukraine.

Yesterday, March 8th, fertilizer truck shipments finally began. Within a few hours, 10 trucks or 266 tons of fertilizer were shipped. The same volume of cargo is scheduled to be handled today, March 9th.
