On July 28, Russian forces struck a civilian vessel under the flag of Liberia for the third time, which was at anchor on the approaches to the port of Odesa.

This was reported by the USPA.

At the time of the attack, there was no cargo or crew on board. As a result of the strike, smoke appeared in the area of the wheelhouse.

The USPA noted that successive attacks on the same vessel indicate that the targets of Russian strikes remain civilian merchant vessels, regardless of the presence of cargo or people on board.
