Since the beginning of the year, over 23 million tons of grain have been exported by rail

As of the beginning of November, 23 million 304 thousand tons of grain cargo were transported for export by rail since the beginning of the year.

According to operational data, the volume of grain cargo transportation in November amounted to 2 million 915.5 thousand tons.
Over the 11 months of this year, a total of 26 million 445 thousand tons of grain were transported (28% less than in the corresponding period last year). Of these, 23 million 304.7 thousand tons were transported in export traffic. The figure is 26% lower than last year.
In November, 2 million 571.1 thousand tons of grain were exported by rail. This is 23% more than in October, but 0.3 less than in November last year.
The share of grain cargo transported towards ports is 92%. Accordingly, through western border crossings – 8%.
Earlier, Ukrzaliznytsia updated the speed standards for transportation in the direction of ports for 2026.
