State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine Recorded UAH 5.7 Billion of Revenues

Nett income from the sales of “State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine” PJSC for the first half of the year amounted to 5 billion 700 million UAH (USD 211.6 million).
Note that nett income for the same period in 2020 amounted to UAH 4 billion 167 million (USD 154.7 million). The result of this year demonstrates an increase in nett income by more than UAH 1 billion 500 million (USD 55.7 million).
For the first half of the year, the State Food and Grain Corporation made a loss in the amount of UAH 87 million (USD 3.2 million). In the first quarter, the company made a loss of UAH 144 million (USD 5.3 million), but in the second quarter it earned UAH 57 million (USD 2.1 million).
Note that since the beginning of the 2021/22 season, the silos of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine have received 303.7 thousand tons of grain and oilseeds.
In total, the SFGCU includes 55 branches with a total storage capacity of 3.6 million tons. The press service recalled that the corporation plans to supply more than 1 million tons of grain to China by the end of the year.
