The Shipping Administration is forced to temporarily stop the certification of Ukrainian sailors. This is the decision made by the court, currently the Administration plans to file an appeal.

Currently, the seafarer certification system in Ukraine is being completely rebuilt and digitized.

The Ministry of Infrastructure, the Office of Simple Solutions and the Ministry of Digital Transformation have developed a plan to reform the seafarer certification field. The reform should simplify the interaction of seafarers with the state, while minimizing the human factor.
