SE “Morrichservice” and Odesa National Maritime University signed a Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation.

The State Qualification Commission for Seafarers as part of the Shipping Administration has started work in Odesa.

For the first time, the State Qualification Commission for Seafarers confirmed the competence of a seafarer using the updated CES 6.0 testing.

Qualification documents can be obtained either from the Shipping Administration or from Morrichservice.

A Ukrainian seaman receives a qualification document in accordance with the innovations, that is, according to a simplified procedure.

On February 14, a service center for servicing sailors “Morrichservice” was opened in Kyiv.

There are four branches of Morrichservice in Ukraine. However, the war disrupted the activities of almost all of them.

Now seafarers can undergo trial CES testing in four cities of Ukraine.

Seafarers’ service centers of Morrichservice in Odesa, Izmail, Kherson and Mariupol will be able to monitor the status of verification of the seafarer’s documents.

Morrichservice has opened the opportunity to undergo computer CES testing for seafarers in any of its service centers.
