The Shipping Register will work with the National Antarctic Science Centre. As part of the cooperation, research is planned on board the icebreaker “Noosfera”.

The first departure of the research icebreaker Noosfera to Antarctica under the Ukrainian flag is scheduled for next week, tentatively – January 20th-23rd.

State Institution “National Antarctic Scientific Center” (NASC) has signed an agreement with the Estonian company Pech OU on the transportation of the icebreaker James Clark Ross to Ukraine. The cost of the service is $1.33 million.
