The average rate for renting grain trucks in 2024 reached UAH 2,583

The minimum rate for sending grain by grain trucks in January is UAH 2,250, which is UAH 1,100 higher than in December.

On Wednesday, January 3, “Ukrzaliznytsia” auctioned shipments in grain trucks of the “Transport Logistics Center” branch at Prozorro.Prodazhi ETS. The average rate for them was UAH 2,583 per day VAT excluded. At the same time, the minimum rate for January 2024 was UAH 2,250, reports Rail.insider.

In total, 33 consignments of grain trucks were offered for auction:

• 8 lots of 50 wagons (route shipments);

• 10 lots of 20 wagons;

• 5 lots of 10 wagons;

• 10 lots of 5 wagons.

The number of participants in the auctions ranged from five to nine. Among the winners of the tenders are “Reliable Transport Company” LLC, “PVT” LLC, “Zerno-Agrotrade” LLC, “Grainsward” LLC, “Trans-Group” LLC, “Nika Trans Logistics” LLC, “Company-Agroinvest” LLC, ” AP Marin” and LLC “Spetsmettrans”.

Thus, at auctions for the sale of route shipments in grain trucks, the bids reached UAH 2,760 per day without VAT. The cost of group shipments in 20 wagons was from UAH 2,250 to UAH 2,565 per day without VAT.

During the raffle for shipments in 10 grain trucks, the rates ranged from UAH 2,400 to UAH 2,912 per day without VAT. Shipments with 5 wagons cost from 2,350 to 2,600 UAH per day. The next auctions are planned for January 5.
